Labyrinth Acquires Manufacturer to Form Labyrinth Industrial
Midwest Specialty Fabricators Purchased to Form Labyrinth Industrial and Labyrinth SMART Infrastructure as Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries of Labyrinth Technologies
Labyrinth Technologies recently completed the purchase of Midwest Specialty Fabricators in order to form two new, wholly-owned subsidiaries, Labyrinth Industrial and Labyrinth SMART Infrastructure to manufacture its new product lines.
Labyrinth Industrial will be responsible for manufacturing new Small Cell Wireless facilities, while Labyrinth SMART Infrastructure will handle the manufacturing of the innovative connective technologies that Labyrinth Technology develops.
